Solevoci, a summer festival dedicated to a cappella music, comes into being: it will feature the world's best groups and the most renowned interpreters of this vocal genre, thrilling every music lover. Varese will be the "temple" where the finest a cappella voices will resonate for three whole weeks. As of today audiences will have the chance to listen to enticing melodies and contagious grooves of Take 6, King's Singers, M-Pact, Flying Pickets, House Jacks, Swingle Singers, and many more. The schedule will also include seminars and masterclasses with these very same artists, for those who want to go deeper into the technical aspects of a cappella singing. This is a new artistic opportunity, rising up next to other imporant international festivals and concert seasons hosted in Varese. Solevoci will attract the participation of many national choral entities, including the ones based in the neighbouring Switzerland. The events will furthermore bring many visitors to Varese and its beautiful surroundings. It will therefore give its natural and cultural wealth the possibility to be discovered and valued. The festival will have the support of Comune di Varese, Regione Lombardia, Welfare Ministry, and the appreciated help of associations such as Greensleeves and Varesevive.
